Responsible for providing post-sales clinical support, including onsite customer training, case study support days, remote system training, software changes, upgrades, new technologies, as needed within the Zone.
Your role:
Support Pre-Sales customer activities as needed, including demos, in collaboration with the local field team and provide clinical support at tradeshows, local conferences, and workshops as assignedResponsible for ensuring alignment and coordination of activities that meet defined business objectives by collaborating with the Account Managers (AM), local Clinical Solutions Consultants (CSC), Customer Project Managers (CPM), CV Luminary Managers, (LM), local Field Service Engineers (FSE), Clinical Solutions Zone Managers, National Clinical Solutions Manager, Zone District Sales Leaders, National Sales Leader, and Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Team.
Responsible for supporting and or teaching at the Philips offsite training locations the StructuralHeart courses, as needed.
Assist in the development and provide support to future SH-EchoNav, Centers of Excellence Customer Sites.
Provide voice of the customer (VOC) feedback to the leadership team, the Business Unit (BU) and Business Marketing Managers (BMM).
Collaborate with Industry Partners, such as our internal IGT-D VeriSight Team, and external Device Companies, to ensure alignment and coordination of activities that meet defined Philips Ultrasound business objectives.

Registered Cardiac Credentials:
Current RDCS (AE) or equivalent, additional registries a plus.
Demonstrate high levels of drive for high clinical aptitude in the StructuralHeart space, orientated to post sales adoption, with an educational mindset.
Echo Nav experience highly desiredFamiliar with ICE SkillsYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary
target incentive.
At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $187,500 to $205,000annually, plus company fleet/car.
Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
